Low Calorie Creamy Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain unflavored yogurt
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 clove garlic, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash (salad blend)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Whisk until smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Yields 2/3 cup.
