Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thin
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over potato layers.
Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 until tender, about 45 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes.
