Betty Powers' Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    crisp, cooked bacon
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    tomatoes, cut in wedges
    cauliflower or broccoli (optional)
Preparation
    Take mayonnaise and sugar and mix well.
    Spread over the top of salad and do not leave any air holes.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, crumble some crisp cooked bacon over the top.
    Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place along the edge. Tomatoes, cut in wedges, can be placed on top for decoration.
    You can also add cauliflower or broccoli to the salad.
    Do not use anything that will get mushy.
