Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 c. scalded milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and sugar.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
