Charlie'S Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. very thin Pepperidge Farm white bread
    1 stick butter
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
    Mix cream cheese, yolks and sugar together.
    Remove crust from bread and roll bread slices very thin.
    Spread cream cheese mixture over bread slices (thick like peanut butter on a sandwich).
    Roll up in jelly roll fashion.
    Melt butter and margarine together.
    Dip blintzes in melted butter.
    Freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Cut on half and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
