Creamed Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    4 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, about 1 minute, until creamy.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and cover saucepan with lid; cheese will melt.
    Serve with cooked cauliflower.
