Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. rolled beef roast, tied (about the size of 2 softballs)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. hearty Burgundy
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put seasonings on meat.
    Pour wine over roast.
    Roast meat, uncovered, in oven at 325\u00b0 to desired degree of doneness.
    Turn part way through.
    Make gravy with drippings.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
