Collector'S Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted regular flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. water
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until very fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat 3 minutes.
Sift dry ingredients 5 times.
Combine dry ingredients alternately with water and the creamed mixture. Bake in loaf or layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for loaf or less for layers.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove.
