Noodle Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. broken vermicelli
1 c. raw rice
3 c. chicken broth
Preparation

In saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute vermicelli until browned, stirring constantly.
Stir in rice.
Stir in broth. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover.
Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
Serves 6.
