Mexican Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    4 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. picante sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat olive oil on high, saute all vegetables at once for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add basil, picante, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and mix well.
