Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 c. ReaLemon juice
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    dash of garlic juice (1 capful)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Blue cheese
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Wash thoroughly and cook greens; drain well.
    Make sure all water is out.
    Make into patties, then dip in beaten eggs and then in fine bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil.
