Steam Cabbage(Country Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size cabbage
    3 strips bacon
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and shred cabbage.
    Dice green pepper.
    Cook bacon in medium size frypan, remove.
    To hot pan add cabbage, green pepper, salt, pepper, sugar and water.
    Simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Serve topped with crumbled bacon strips.
