Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    lump of butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar and syrup.
    Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour in unbaked, pastry shell.
    Bake about 50 minutes in a slow oven at 325\u00b0.
