Best Of Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded All-Bran cereal
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine cereal, oil and raisins in a large bowl.
    Add boiling water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Slightly combine eggs, buttermilk and molasses in a small bowl.
    Add to cooled mixture.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; add to cereal mixture.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Cover batter with plastic wrap, wax paper or damp towel and let stand up to 1 hour.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 in baking tins 3/4 full.
    Makes 2 dozen.
