Honey-Candied Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    Bring to boil:
    sugar, honey, salt and water and boil to 242\u00b0 (or soft ball stage).
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and walnuts. Stir until creamy.
    (Will have \"whitish\" color.)
    Turn onto waxed paper.
    Separate nutmeats.
