Creamy Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. canned whole kernel corn
    1 1/3 c. canned cream-style corn
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir corns and butter in deep 2-quart baking dish.
    Fold in sour cream and eggs; add corn muffin mix and blend well.
    Bake until center of spoon bread is set approximately 1 hour.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
