Bread Stuffing For Poultry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. butter or margarine
    9 c. soft bread cubes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. ground poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. pepper
    approximately 2 c. broth
    chopped giblets, cooked in water to which onion, celery, salt and pepper have been added (turkey giblets cook 2 hours).
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.
    Add to bread crumbs, cooked giblets and seasonings.
    Add enough broth to moisten bread.
