Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1 c. molasses
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix and put in cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
