Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 lb. fresh whole green beans, cooked
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter or oleo in saucepan.
Add flour and cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
Add sour cream, onion, salt and sugar.
Set aside.
