Broccoli-Cauliflower Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
    8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sauteed onions
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except broccoli and cauliflower. Fold in vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Use a large bowl or large rectangular baking dish.
