Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, diced
Kosher pickle, diced
pepper
4 or more hard-boiled eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
garlic salt
celery seed (enough to show all the way through the potatoes)
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise with a heaping teaspoonful Dijon mustard, a little pickle juice and a little milk.
Blend until mixture is slightly thinner then original mayonnaise.
Mix the dressing with the bowl of potatoes already set aside.
