Barbecue Sauce Fine Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    2 onions
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. chili sauce
    2 c. wine vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. coriander
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    2 cubes bouillon
    2 Tbsp. brown mustard
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Peel and chop onions and garlic.
    Saute in a bit of oil, then add to large pot with the rest of ingredients.
    Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
