Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. shortening
celery
mushrooms
green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. can kidney beans
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion, peppers, celery and mushrooms in shortening.
Add salt, chili powder and pepper.
Add tomatoes, sauce and kidney beans.
