Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually beat in oil and sugar.
    Add grated zucchini, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and powder, mixing well.
    Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after each addition.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan or 2 (9 5/8 x 5 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes.
