Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. lasagne noodles
2 lb. ground beef
1 large jar Ragu or homemade sauce
small cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
fried onions (optional)
mushrooms (optional)
beef (optional)
Preparation

Fry and drain beef; add sauce.
While doing this, boil water and add noodles.
Cook until just tender; fork during cooking to separate.
Drain noodles.
Cool with cold water.
Make sure they are drained well.
Now place a layer of noodles in an 8 x 10-inch pan (or smaller if you would like more layers).
Now add sauce layer and then cottage cheese; spread thinly.
Now add Mozzarella cheese.
Continue layers until gone.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then cool 10 minutes.
This gives it more flavor.
