Christmas Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 beaten eggs
 
1 lb. mixed candied fruit
28 oz. mincemeat
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
- 
                            Beat eggs; add next 3 ingredients.
 
Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into well-greased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours (cake pan baking time will not be as long).
