Pineapple-Cheese Cake(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (keep the juice)
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    4 to 6 ice cubes
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
Preparation
    Place eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, sweeteners and half of cottage cheese in blender.
    Blend.
    Add other half of cottage cheese and blend.
    Add ice cubes one at a time.
    In saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over juice until dissolved.
    Add to blender mixture.
    Blend.
    Add pineapple.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan. I sprinkle with cinnamon.
