Baked Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small pork chops, cut with a pocket in each
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    milk to moisten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. vegetable stock
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.\tWash
    chops
    and
    pat dry.
    Mix crumbs, onions, celery,
    parsley,
    salt and wheat germ.
    Stuff when moistened with
    enough
    milk to hold together.
    Brown the chops in butter in a hot heavy pan with a tightly fitting lid. Add stock.
    Cover and
    bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.\tServes 4.
