Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. or 1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and honey in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook until it forms soft ball stage (235\u00b0 on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Dip pecans into syrup; place on wax paper to cool.
