Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. flour
    4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    32 eggs
    1 gal. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all first 3 ingredients with fork and press in bottom of baking pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix by hand (last 5 ingredients).
    Mix well and pour over baked crust.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown.
    Yield:
    100 servings.
