"Frankie'S" Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained
    7 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    5 or 6 stalks celery, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain off grease.
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
    Makes about 6 quarts.
    Freezes well.
