Italian Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion, chopped and cooked
Preparation

In large skillet, brown sausage; drain grease.
In greased baking dish, combine sausage, spaghetti sauce, mostaccioli, onion and Parmesan cheese.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
