Pecan Delights(You Can Freeze Dough For Make-Ahead Treats.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream butter. Add sugar, water and vanilla. Separately combine nuts and flour. Slowly and thoroughly add nut/flour mixture to butter mixture. Form into logs. Put on cookie sheet in freezer until solid.
Put frozen cookies into airtight bag and store in freezer until ready to bake.
