German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick
    1 chopped onion
    5 pickles, chopped up
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water until they are done, about 45 minutes. Peel and cut them into pieces, then mix all the ingredients in a bowl and eat warm.
    Put in refrigerator to eat cold if you like too.
