Chicken And Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 each: green, yellow and red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
Preparation

In a hot wok, add olive oil and chicken.
Cook 2 minutes or until half done.
Add sliced peppers, onion and mushrooms.
Once peppers have softened, push chicken and peppers onto side of wok and spread broccoli and cauliflower around the edge.
Add a tablespoon of water to the middle of the wok.
Place top on wok and allow to steam to soften and cook remaining vegetables.
Serve with brown rice or angel hair pasta.
