White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lukewarm water
5 c. warm water
1/2 c. melted corn oleo or oil
3 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
8 tsp. salt
17 to 18 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water.
Mix together 5 cups of water, oil, sugar and salt.
Add flour and stir until well mixed.
Put dough on floured board.
Knead until smooth and does not stick to hands.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Let set 10 minutes.
Make into loaves.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 5 to 6 loaves.
