Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 can Swanson's chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet; add rice and stir until coated.
    Add onion and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
    Add chicken broth, water, thyme, salt and pepper; stir.
    Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until rice is tender.
    Snip parsley and sprinkle over top.
