Potluck Picnic Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet low calorie lemon gelatin
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. low calorie salad dressing (mayo type)
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (10 oz.) frozen small peas
    1 1/4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Microwave water on High for 2 minutes or until boiling. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in mayonnaise, cold water and vinegar.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Beat to fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 8.
    Each serving contains 55 calories, 0 milligrams cholesterol and 70 milligrams sodium.
