Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pumpkin seeds
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    14 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ginger
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove seeds from fresh pumpkin.
    Clean of all pulp and lay onto on jellyroll pan.
    Sprinkle well with water.
    Salt to taste and bake at 250 degrees for about an hour.
    Watch to see that they do not get too dry.
    Mix sugar, salt, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper in a bowl.
    Add pumpkin seeds and toss.
    Cool and enjoy.
