Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked beef, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in a skillet; add onion and mushrooms. Saute at low heat.
    Add meat and cook about 10 minutes; add bouillon and continue cooking.
    Mix flour and seasoning with sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
    Add to first mixture.
    Cook slowly until thick, but do not boil.
    Serve with noodles.
    Will serve 6 people.
