Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Debone; break into pieces.
    Heat soup and sour cream.
    Grease bottom of baking dish.
    Layer chicken in bottom.
    Pour soup/sour cream mixture over top.
    Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    May add poppy seed if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
