Creole Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. olive oil
4 oz. cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic, mashed well
2 oz. water
1 tsp. cornstarch
Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar; then add olive oil and garlic. Shake well until emulsified.
Sprinkle lightly over lettuce or any salad you prefer.
Season salad with Tony's Creole seasoning to taste.
