Mozzarella Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. dried bread crumbs
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Cut Mozzarella into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
    Put eggs into a second dish and bread crumbs into a third.
    Coat cheese cubes lightly in seasoned flour.
    Dip into eggs, then into bread crumbs to coat evenly.
    Repeat once more with eggs and bread crumbs.
    Preheat oil to 350\u00b0.
    Fry cubes about 2 minutes.
    Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel to drain.
    Serve hot.
