Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
3 t. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs - well beaten
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries - thaw
1 1/4 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Make well in center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well.
Mix just enough to dampen all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan.
Makes 2 loaves.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
