Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 whole chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. (2 c.) grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
Preparation

Bring chicken to a boil and simmer for 1 hour (add salt to water, if desired).
Cook broccoli as directed and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Break cooked chicken in pieces and place on top of broccoli.
Combine sour cream and soup; spread over top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
