Cathedral Windows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 pkg. colored mini marshmallows
    1 pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter.
    Cool.
    Add marshmallows and 1/4 cup coconut; mix.
    Sprinkle rest of coconut on a piece of foil and roll the chocolate and marshmallow mixture in the coconut.
    Make into a log-like roll on waxed paper.
    Refrigerate and slice.
