Vegetable Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. radishes, sliced
    1 or 2 cucumbers, sliced
    1 small onion, grated
    2 carrots, sliced
    celery
    2 tsp. vinegar
    lettuce
    mayonnaise
    1 (4 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 (4 oz.) box lime jello
Preparation
    Combine sliced vegetables in a bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mix jello.
    Use less water and let gel slightly.
    Add vegetables, onion and vinegar to slightly gelled jello.
    Let gel until firm.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Top with mayonnaise as desired.
