Curry Sauced Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cauliflowerets
    1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
    toasted sliced almonds for garnish
Preparation
    In a covered skillet over medium heat, in 1/2-inch boiling water, cook cauliflower for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain in colander.
