Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 can evaporated milk
graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix lemon jello, sugar, hot water and lemon and chill about 1/2 hour.
Chill the evaporated milk 1/2 hour also.
Whip each separately and then whip them together.
Put graham cracker crumbs on top and bottom.
