Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 center cut pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium bell pepper, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Quickly brown chops in oil.
    Place in casserole; add in layers onions and peppers.
    Mix soup with one can of water and pour over mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
